All saunas are inspected for quality before shipment. If any mechanical components are found to be defective, Solm will replace those specific parts or goods.

Because each unit is produced to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, production delays, customer delays, or shipping delays. Once payment is made, the order is considered final. Please ensure you have completed all necessary research and are confident in your purchase before submitting payment.

Our saunas are not mass-produced; each unit is carefully built and assembled. As a result, production times may vary, and delays may occur during the logistics process.
