Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via reputable courier services for both domestic and international deliveries.

Once an item has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, the purchaser must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Solm cannot provide refunds or replacements for items that are damaged or missing during transit.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot alter the address. If an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect address, the purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
